Products

We sell natural essential oil candles and wax melts for home fragrance use.

All products are:

  • Hand-poured in small batches
  • Made using natural wax and essential oils
  • Formulated in accordance with UK safety regulations

Due to the natural ingredients used, slight variations in colour and scent may occur. This does not constitute a defect.

Product Use & Safety

Our candles and wax melts are for home fragrance use only.

Customers must:

  • Follow all safety instructions provided
  • Never leave burning candles unattended
  • Keep away from children and pets
  • Use wax melts only in suitable burners

We accept no liability for misuse of products.

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel orders
  • Correct pricing errors
  • Limit quantities

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been accepted.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

Payment must be made at checkout via our approved payment providers.

Shipping

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Risk passes to you upon delivery.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

Returns & Refunds

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused
  • In original condition
  • In original packaging

Due to hygiene reasons, used candles or wax melts cannot be returned unless faulty.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods.

Faulty Goods

If a product is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

You may be asked to provide photographs.

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain unaffected.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, imagery and branding, is the property of Aetheia and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aetheia shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential loss
  • Loss of profits
  • Loss arising from misuse of products

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
